How to prepare for filler appointment

Avoid blood-thinning agents like aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), fish oil, vitamin E, and alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment. (Always check with your doctor first.)
Avoid dental work or vaccines four weeks before and after treatment.
Stay hydrated — well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment.
No major events right after treatment — plan at least 2 weeks for any swelling or bruising to subside.
Come with a clean face — no makeup or skincare products on/around the lips.
Eat a light meal before your appointment, as treatment on an empty stomach can cause lightheadedness or fainting.
