Tattoo

Tattoo removal is a procedure aimed at erasing unwanted tattoos from the skin. At Modern we use the PicoWay Tattoo Removal Machine that is a cutting-edge procedure that uses picosecond technology to break down tattoo ink particles into tiny fragments. We start by working beneath the skin then to the surface to make sure all ink is removed. These small ink particles are then eliminated by the body's natural processes, resulting in the gradual fading and removal of tattoos. Compared to traditional tattoo removal methods, pico tattoo removal is known for its effectiveness in targeting a wide range of ink colors, including stubborn shades like green and blue. The quick pulses of energy delivered during the treatment minimize damage to surrounding skin, leading to fewer side effects and faster recovery times. Multiple sessions are usually required for complete removal, depending on factors such as tattoo size, ink colors, and depth. Along with treatments spaced 8-10 weeks apart from each other. If you are considering tattoo removal, pico technology offers a promising solution for achieving clear, ink-free skin.

    • Stay Out of the Sun

Laser treatment cannot be performed on sunburned or recently tanned skin, so be sure to take at least two weeks off from soaking up the sun before & after your laser appointment.

    • Be Careful with Skin Products (in the treatment area)

Some common skin products increase the photosensitivity of the skin. Because laser hair removal uses light to target the hair follicles, increased photosensitivity can increase the risk of the treatment burning your skin.

    • No Antibiotics

Many medications that are sun sensitive will also make your more sensitive to the laser. Please disclose any medications that you may be taking. No antibiotics can be used within a 2-week period.
